Sample Multi-Adventure Itinerary

An Italian multi-adventure tour may include a mixture of walking/hiking, biking, and active culinary travel.

DAY 1

Start the morning with a stunning view of the Dolomites, a mountain range in northern Italy. Ride a gondola in the afternoon, taking in the magnificent and majestic views of Val di Fassa. At lunch, try authentic local dishes, and end the night with an Italian apertivo with your fellow travelers.

DAY 2

Take a visit to the Puez Odle National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where you’ll see a variety of beautiful fauna, as well as animals like the chamois or the golden eagle. Hike along white pebbled roads beneath the craggy peaks for lunch at the Col Pradat lodge, and finish the night with a Michelin-star meal.

DAY 3-4

Explore your adventurous side by taking part in a ropes course high above the ground, where you will be privy to the stunning sights of the Dolomites and surrounding area. Take in the culture of the small town of San Vigilio before biking towards the Fanes mountain range, which offers expansive alpine pastures . The area also offers opportunities to go offroading. You may also take a leisurely hike around the Pralongia plateau, where you can experience stunning, panoramic, mountainous views.

DAY 5-6

Take a hike through winding mountain roads. You may also choose to have a guide show you around the open-air WW1 museum complex in the Lagazuoi 5 Torri area, the site of a battle between Italian and Austro-Hungarian forces. Later, explore the bustling fashion hub of Cortina d’Ampezzo. Taste delicate pastries, visit galleries, and shop for artisan goods on the Corso Italia.
